📦 Order Processing & Dispatch
We aim to get your order to you quickly and reliably, no matter where you are in Australia. Below is everything you need to know about how we deliver.
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship all parcels via Australia Post, with two options available at checkout:
- Standard Parcel Post: 2–7 business days depending on location
- Express Post: 1–3 business days in most metro areas
Please allow additional time for remote or regional areas.
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, item weight, and selected shipping method.
You'll be able to choose Standard or Express shipping before completing your order.
📦 Heavy or Bulky Items
Some items—such as large toolboxes, winches, or canopy setups—are too big or heavy for standard post.
Freight is not available on all heavy items
Please contact us before placing your order to confirm freight availability and obtain a custom quote
🔍 Tracking & Authority to Leave (ATL)
All Australia Post deliveries include tracking
You’ll receive your tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched
Unless you tell us otherwise, orders will be sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) by default
If you'd prefer to sign for your delivery, let us know at checkout or contact us before dispatch
🏢 Local Pickup (Click & Collect)
Prefer to pick it up yourself? No worries.
Pickup available from our Perth warehouse
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm (excluding public holidays)
You’ll be notified via email or phone when your order is ready
Please bring your order confirmation and ID when collecting
