Delivery Information

All orders under 20kg will be delivered by Australia Post and you will not be required to sign for delivery.

All orders over 20kg will be delivered by StarTrack Express and require a signature at point of delivery. It is preferred to provide a business address or an address where someone will be home for orders over 20kg. Redelivery charges may apply if there is no one available to accept delivery.

Mostly orders will go out next day, but can take up to 2-3 days to process pack and wrap sometimes, particularly before holidays , long weekends, easter etc.. so order a little bit early if possible

The average delivery times for Standard delivery are:

• 1 – 3 days for WA
• 3 – 5 for all other areas

Pricing will be noted during checkout depending on your delivery address, size and weight of the product.
