Recessed Ute Tray Tie Down Point. Large enough to fit most tie down fittings. It does require a hole in the tray or trailer to be positioned flush.
Folds away when not in use. Spring Loaded to avoid rattling. Pin could be replaced if required, however whole unit can just be unbolted and a new one bolted in.
